• Directing application solutions and technical teams, a retail point-of-sale prescription/pharmacy system, and managed major projects

• Acting as liaison between state and technical development/support teams

• Taking ownership for client implementations, cross-functional strategic initiatives, and large-scale, high-impact projects

• Leading service delivery experience to the client by being the point of ownership

• Managing resources within operations of service delivery teams (contact centers, rebate services, resources supporting technical implementation)

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant arena

• Have large Project Management leadership experience

• Be proficient in Microsoft Office suite

• Have excellent communications and interpersonal skills

• Provide financial trend and forecast analysis/validation

• Be adept at Knowledge managed healthcare pharmacy operations, supporting application solutions, a retail point - of- sale prescription/pharmacy system

PMO or PMP certification is a plus but not required
