Stephen M. Silvi,

President and Founder

Steve founded DataPath Search in October of 1989. Prior to that he spent over two years with Alden Personnel, where he managed Alden's IT recruiting function from inception to an operational group producing over half a million dollars in billing a year. Steve also was Alden's top producer across all operational groups for the years 1987 and 1988. Prior to Alden, Steve spent two and half years with the MIS Recruiting Team of Fortune Personnel of Stamford. He was consistently among the top billers of this 50 office, national franchise. 

Steve has a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Communication from Emerson College in Boston.  He sits on the board of St. Lawrence Club in Greenwich, CT, and is actively involved with the St. Jerome Parish in Norwalk, CT.  

Steve is married to JoLee Silvi and they have two sons, Nick and Frank.  He enjoys cooking, hunting and is passionate about music.  He is also a Harley Davidson aficionado.



Gregory C. Silvi,

Vice President

Greg joined Datapath Search four years ago opening up their West Coast Office. He did this after spending near two decades in Advertising and Publishing working for Conde Nast (Gourmet) and Wenner Media (Rolling Stone).

As a Regional Manager and Director, respectively for Rolling Stone and Gourmet he spent 17 years developing deep personal and strong business relationships with top fifty brands like Amazon, eBay, Apple, Microsoft, Starbucks, Visa, Intel, Charles Schwab, Gap & Banana Republic, Levis, Nike, Constellation,  HP, Clorox  along with all of their respective advertising agencies.

He serves, as well, on the board of the Sonoma Valley Vintners and Growers Alliance for the Grant Allocation Committee responsible for distributing millions of dollars to local charities raised at the annual Sonoma Valley Wine Auction, and also sits on the Crescent Montessori School board.  He recently completed his term as board member of the Sonoma Community Center. Greg is a certified California State Wine Judge, Wine Maker, and a Deacon of Sonoma Faith Presbyterian Church.
