DescriptionProject Manager – Americas Security & Compliance Summary Looking for a experienced hands-on Project Manager to oversee and deliver projects across the Americas region (US, Canada and Mexico) across the IT Security and Regulatory compliance (PCI & GDPR) space based in Montvale, NJ or Toronto CA. (S)he must demonstrate the natural ability and love of and passion for planning, scheduling and delivering projects in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work independently, communicate very well and apply critical thinking with strong problem-solving skills. The ability to identify, monitor and resolve issues in a timely manner while meeting quality expectations is essential. Knowledge and understanding of ISO security standards and PMP certification are preferred, including but not limited to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

Accountabilities, % of responsibilities, Ojectives

Program Management 10% • Manage and report on all aspects of current and future IT Compliance projects and initiatives in FCTG, The Americas (US, Canada, Mexico)

Project Management 50% • Serve as the lead project manager for projects in the Americas around compliance (PCI and GDPR) and IT Security • Manage multiple projects simultaneously • Define project objectives, requirements, and assumptions necessary to structure a project or activity. • Plan, schedule, and control project activities to fulfil objectives and satisfy project requirements. • Develop and drive integrated project plans, aligning project tactics with project strategy. • Establish, maintain, and lead high performance project teams, serving as the project advocate within the client organization. • Lead, coordinate, facilitate, and motivate all associated project resources to gain alignment on project goals and deliverables. • Lead risk management within project teams, ensuring risks have appropriate mitigation and contingency plans. • Manage projects within established scope, schedule, and budget while meeting and exceeding project management standards. • Develop and document high-level strategies for accomplishing specific project objectives. • Facilitate and lead effective project meetings, manage change and conflict, and develop resource planning estimates to manage project workload and productivity. • Support project management team members to ensure success of projects while maintaining customer service focus. • Develop good familiarity with compliance regulations like PCI and GDPR

Business Analysis 30% • Leading the development of detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and system Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) for approved projects including: • Facilitating requirements elicitation sessions with the user community • Developing and documenting use cases, etc. to demonstrate requirements • Determining priorities for all requirements

Project Reporting 10% • Hold regular project status meetings • Produce regular project status reports • Provides reliable financial forecasts to management.

Skills and Capabilities Skills/Capabilities Description Security • Understanding of security fundamentals and general security technologies, including operating systems, network security (firewalls, VPNs, IPSec), Security Event Management, Risk Management, Business Continuity, physical security, cryptography, Identity Management, etc. • Familiarity with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) ITIL • Understanding of ITIL fundamentals and/or industry best practices.
