|Description||The Master Data Director is responsible for directing the activities to ensure that the control disciplines for managing, changing and activating key Master Data for our Client’s North American operation maintenance. Activities are focused on implementing effective enterprise wide Data Governance that enhances the quality and integrity of enterprise-wide data. Objectives are met by fostering cross-organizational responsibilities and defining and mandating structured policies about information. Polices are developed that manage Master Data as a corporate asset ensuring that on-going business decisions are consistently applied across the Enterprise. Creating a single source of accurate controlled data
Reducing back office costs
Drive organizational efficiency through accurate, consistent and timely data flow reducing maintenance and re-work
Promoting compliance and decreasing the risk of regulatory fines
Directs the development and manages the implementation of Enterprise Policies and Standard Operating Procedures for data creation, collection and usage as well as data compliance review and quality control.
Drives the design of the end-state of Master Data Management (MDM) Organization and required support Policies and Procedures.
Directs the development of the required SLAs and data quality measures to monitor the performance of Enterprise MDM.
Manages the monitoring and reporting of the Enterprise MDM performance.
Ensures that Enterprise MDM adheres to the Corporate Compliance Policies and maintains quality control of Enterprise data
Manages MDM tool usage and ensures that configuration is performed to consistently deliver the defined supporting MDM policies and procedures, and that tool training is developed and made available to the appropriate business users.
Directs and mentors a team of MDM managers and analysts that are accountable for Master Data governance and maintenance in SAP and other support systems and data quality reporting.
Ensures that Enterprise MDM activities are performed on-time, within budget and with the quality that is consistent with defined programs and governance.
Engages with at all levels of the enterprise to responsively deliver the required activities to maintain an Enterprise MDM Program including cross-function coordination of data inputs.

|Requirements||Preferred Candidate Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field. And/or equivalent work experience.
Typically has 10 to 15 years of business/industry work experience, with at least 3 years of leadership experience and 5 years managing projects and/or project portfolios.
A combination of Food & Beverage/CPG and Data Management skills are essential. Minimum of 10 years' progressive experience managing complex IT programs and/or projects required including Data Governance and Master Data Management implementations.
Minimum of 10 years' comprehensive business experience required. Ideally Food & Beverage/CPG Manufacturing/Distribution with SAP technology platform.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Excellent project management skills required. Previous demonstrated ability to lead, facilitate, and organize diverse stakeholders to achieve business results required.
Knowledge of Data Governance and Master Data Management issues required.
Excellent communication skills, good analytical and negotiation skills, and close attention to detail required. Must have excellent leadership, interpersonal and motivation skills and be a team player.
Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences required.
Demonstrated adaptability to change, customer focus, continuous learning and problem solving required
Fluency with spreadsheets, word processing, presentation, and database software and/or business systems required.|
