DescriptionMission of the role Be the First Point of Contact between business and IS for Manufacturing, Quality and traceability processes and other related processes. Main responsibilities On-going support - New hire will manage daily support and enhancements for the existing applications in the organization and will be focused, but not restricted, to the Manufacturing, Quality and traceability processes. The daily support will be completed following standard KPIs tickets tracking completion and budget pre-paid consumption when an external team or a vendor are solicited. This on-going support activity is also covering the documentation updates to ensure support sustainability of our applications. Projects - As an associate manager, new hire will also lead projects and rollout new solutions, in respect to planning and budget constraints and the Client' global governance. New hire will ensure cost-effective systems and add value to the business processes requirements by designing and developing the solutions. Those projects will have to be executed following a standard methodology to ensure they are delivered in line with time, budget and appropriate resources allocations. New hire would have to make sure all documentation of the project is ready and organized before closing. Communicate - New hire will have to communicate with business department heads to ensure timely fulfillment of all IS requests but also serving as the technical and communications liaison to and from stakeholders and office key users. Those communication can be local or Global. New hire will also have to manage the relationship with the vendors of the applications we are using in our domain. Skills and functional competencies A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the information technology area is required. Bachelor degree in computer science.
RequirementsCritical technical competencies Knowledge of SAP PP, MM, QM, Idocs Knowledge in SAP Manufacturing processes, Quality processes, Master data Demonstrated project management experience is a must. Excellent computer software, hardware and system knowledge required. Experience in basic IT concepts (SQL database, Servers integration) The individual must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with both internal and external customers, and able to multi-task effectively and efficiently several projects for the Manufacturing and quality/traceability streams (depending on which business area the individual will be accountable for) and assignments within short timeframes.
