Our Founder and CEO, Steve Silvi, is one of the most highly regarded industry professionals, as demonstrated by his many LinkedIn references and thirty plus years of experience in the field. Prior to launching Datapath, he spent over two years with Alden Personnel, where he managed Alden’s IT recruiting function from inception to an operational group producing over half a million dollars in billing a year. Steve also was Alden’s top producer across all operational groups for the years 1987 and 1988. Prior to Alden, Steve spent two and half years managing the MIS Recruiting Team of Fortune Personnel of Stamford. He was consistently among the top billers of this 50-office, national franchise.
Steve has a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Communication from Emerson College in Boston. Steve is a member of the Ischoda Yacht Club, and is actively involved with the St. Jerome Parish in Norwalk, CT.
Steve is married to JoLee Silvi and they have two sons, Nick and Frank. He enjoys cooking, is an active outdoorsman and is passionate about music. He is also a Harley Davidson aficionado.
